Dirty and used shoes!
Very disappointed I returned our first pair because they were WAY small even though I ordered a size up. So I ordered 2 sizes up and they arrived used and very dirty! So rude!

- The size is too small, I don't know how to exchange it for a larger size
- Shoes are very beautiful, but do not bend at all. They are very stiff and we had to send them back.
