The customer support is top notch - my account manager was always available via email/phone whenever I needed help with any questions / issues that arose during our transition from beta testing into production use by clients (we're in Australia).The price point makes it very affordable comparedto other similar services out there! You get what you payfor- not sure about pricing structure but if this saves them time & money over doing things themselves than its worth paying extra ;)Having said all that we've had no problems at anytime since going live 3 weeks ago so far :) We are building custom dashboards which show uptime across multiple servers within different regions etc..This also allows us more granular reporting down each server level when required too!!
