Cheap construction and plastic rim brackets break
Don't know if this is real or fake but the plastic rims on both broke within a few months. The originals have served me for years! Very frustrating. I like a real mop and the way it cleans. However, now that mop heads are so cheaply made and keep breaking (which of course forces me to buy new ones!) I will try a different brand or go back to a traditional mop.
