Terrible experience compared to brand name replacement tips. I've had a variety of Sonicare E-Series brushes for almost 20 years and can't imagine brushing by hand again. You use one and you'll never have cavities, period. However, brand name replacement heads are very expensive and when I saw great reviews for this product I decided to give it a try. They arrived well packaged, appeared to be screwed on properly (although I immediately noticed the magnet alignment wasn't quite right) and looked correct. I turned it on and started brushing and immediately felt the strong sonic vibrations, now just a simple hum, more than the actual plaque breaking force I was used to. I can brush my teeth more effectively with a regular toothbrush than with these brush heads. They leave plaque behind and in no way make my teeth feel clean. I took the time to go back and read ALL the negative reviews and see that this company is basically using customers to update designs along the way (and happily taking their money) - but never designing a brush that keeps what he promises. A few years ago the main complaint seemed to be the absurd noise level they were making, a year or so later rust became a major issue, then magnet alignment and the non-existent sonic cleaning power. They hang their hat on those DuPont bristles, but I don't care how good the bristles are. If the brush head itself doesn't work with the handle then they are useless to me. I can't believe Revain didn't withdraw this product and get the seller/manufacturer to sort this out before they hire another hard earned man. I will try to return them as I received them a few days ago. Although I keep reading reviews that people say they are non-refundable. I will post an update. In the meantime - DO NOT SPEND YOUR $.
