I would say it's not far from the warm feeling of UA you have to pay 70.00 for, but much more comfortable, I bought UA for the first layer and it's very close to the body at size 2X then I pull that over and I can honestly say from 25 onwards you don't need anything else, from 20 onwards I take baselayer 4.0, 2 of these and then a coat with north side you're ready for pretty much anything the Bottom 48 can throw at you. It was 17 degrees outside and I didn't feel any of that.
