. I hesitated to buy this bag as all the people said it doesn't fit their 15-17 inch laptop and I have a 17" Lenovo. Judging by the picture it should have been quite big so I decided to try it. In the middle is a closed zippered compartment where the laptop doesn't fit and I think ", people try to put the laptop in here. It doesn't go there (I think). It fits in the wider part of the bag which is softer and once I put my laptop in there was room. This is a very nice one bag and I'm very glad I tried it first rather than thinking it wouldn't fit.
