Description states machine accommodates 350lbs, but user manual clear states ‘should not be used by persons weighing more than 120 kg/264lbs. Very misleading once you have product unpacked and ready to use. Will be sending back!

Remote does not match or work. I've noticed the same issue in other reviews as well. How is this issue not fixed and you are still selling the units with not working remotes ? The unit is a pain in the toots to turn on manually while on or when stepping on after.

Was excited to receive this however there was no detailed instructions what each item on the remote and properly use it.

Wish I’d thought of this years ago. Am 72, have weakness in balance and circulation as well as poor muscle tone. I’ve used this 4 times, varying the programs from easy at first to moderate now. From the beginning, I could feel the workout in my core and after a couple of sessions was walking more strongly with better posture and less leg pain. I dont know why but I didnt get the remote control as the video shows. I have had this machine for more than a year now and it works but the remote control does not work properly. It is difficult to control the intensity and time with the improper remote.

Works wonderfully in moderating pain from exercising with arthritic knees. I set it at P6 level and the vibrations are very soothing. It works well on the occasion of a sore back. The vibrations do a good job of soothing the muscles.

Just stand on it and shake. The grandkids love to sing on it! Not sure what the results should be. Don't use it with anyone home because your fat is shaking and uncontrollably laughter is had by all!

Bought this for my parents. They had seen a different product that was selling for over $300. Being in pain can make people desperate for relief. I am happy to report both of them have been using it with great results. I think that it's worth a shot if you are looking for relief.

this came with the wrong remote it took me awhile but i figured out how to use the on machine settings the machine is decent works good figuring it out how to use it is another thing the user manual it worthless it doesnt explain things at all and the remote i have is not the correct remote other then that its a decent machine

A lot more powerful than I had even imagined it would be. I would definitely recommend this product for people needing to give lymphatic system a boost. Make sure you drink lots of liquid's before, during, and after using the vibration plate so that you are flushing toxins realeased during use.

So far so good with the plate itself. The remote however doesn't match the remote in the directions. It also keeps turning my TV on and off and not working with the plate.
