Product performs as advertised. Instructions could be better. After using it 1 time on lowest setting it strained a groin muscle. I've had to stop using it for several weeks to allow body to heal. Hopefully I'll be able to use it in the future without injury.

I am very happy with my purchase but, it says to make sure everything is tightened and I can not find anything telling me what needs to be tightened up. This is my first purchase of this type of machine, and I am very much a layman and know nothing about this, instructions could be a little easier to follow too.

This item did not live up to the hype. It tilted when standing with one leg, not helpful when its suppose to help with balance! Will never buy again. Very disappointed.
