I wanted a machine that was a whole-body vibrating machine at a reasonable price and not noisy. This machine fits the bill! For now I have to sit and put my feet on the machine until I am strong enough to stand. I am 74 years old! My health has not been the greatest with Type II diabetes and high blood pressure to name a couple, plus being obese. I have lost 8 solid pounds (not just fluid) since starting on the EILISON machine! Just sitting with my feet on it! I place my hands on my knees and they and my arms get vibrated also. My 6-yr old great-granddaughter loves it. It is he!ping her get back in shape before her dance classes start back up in the fall. Two of our granddaughters have asked for one for Christmas!
