My child wanted 'cool' clothes but we are struggling to find anything other than sweatpants for him - which is fine except you only adidas can wear tiros that many days a week before you look tired (or make you look like you wear the same pair of pants every day to other fourth graders). He weighs about 60 pounds and is 53 inches tall and usually fits a slim/adjustable waist size 8 or 7 which then ends about 1 inch above the ankle (he wears a size S in Tyros, but they are baggy at the hip ). Based on questions and feedback I really thought these 8 skinny jeans would suit him. They arrived with Fred Marshall tags (hmm, not exactly in the description), size W8. The length is short about half an inch, the slim fit of the legs is ok, but the waist is very large. He was keen to wear them to school though, so we buckled in and he wore a long t-shirt to hide the pleats and buckles at the waist.
