Heavy Duty good for me
Fits perfectly inside a quarter sheet pan from Sam's Club. I use mine to drain fried foods out of the deep fryer. Nice and sturdy holds 10 piece fried chicken without any sag in the rack.
- It is well built clean and just what you would expect from a good cooling rack for bread.
- The baking rack may scratch surfaces due to its hard material
