Very happy and satisfied user of Optimizely
I love that it has so many features in one place! It is easy for anyone who doesn't have any prior experience with an A/B testing tool like this as well because there are tutorials online if you need them or someone can walk through your test plan step by step along side helping out (which we did!).
Not much dislikes but nothing really either- just keep using what works best & try new things when needed :) We were able solve problems related to website performance which was causing us issues before switching over from Google Analytics.
Pros
- The variety available, not only standard fun stuff such at heat maps
- Variety within each section i've seen both simple "button" style tests all throughout GA plus far more complex ones too.
- You could say anything about almost everything including how something looks& feels..or even other data sets used during our research phase
- Can customize every part without limitations
