Easy to use! Great customer service when you need them (especially at 9 am California time)! The system worked great for my client because they offered so many options that we were able t help out as much or more than expected in our first year of being an agent there - I know how it was before this software came along however!! If your looking into new ways not only bookings can be achieved but also management/tracking too then look no further. I like the way the website is designed. I like the way that it is easy to navigate. The customer service is also very good. I don't have any dislikes about this website. I think this is a very good website for booking air travel.
