Review on Headphones wireless Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3, black by Adam Orlowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

The first impression is spoiled by the firmware ate process. I already had the Sennheiser Smart Control app from the previous MTW2. The headphones were not recognized by the application immediately, but only after switching to pairing mode, although pairing had already been completed. During the initial installation of the firmware ate, the application wrote "21 minutes left", "Firmware ate in progress, do not turn off the headphones" and so on for an hour and a half. ((( I reinstalled the application, rebooted the phone, set the application to a mode without saving energy and the ate went on - the progress indicator and the timer started moving. The ate took 30 minutes. During this time, I continued to listen to music. Also, during the initial check of the headphones upon receipt, you need to have a power bank or a USB Type-C charger with you - without this it is impossible to wake up the headphones. In general, all the same in terms of sound, noise reduction, ease of use - these are the best headphones! Compared to the previous MTW2, the third generation is better in that it connects quickly and the right and left headphones can be used separately. The sound felt a little better and clearer, more detailed. I consider replacing native silicone earbuds with foams mandatory for everyone who walks or runs with headphones (to remove humming in their ears), wears a hat (to remove rustling) and rides the subway (foams provide slightly better passive noise isolation).

Pros
  • - Quick connection (3 sec) - Right and left earbuds work separately without extra effort - Excellent detailed, balanced sound with good spatial separation of instruments - Strong noise reduction (well jams the subway and the street) - Convenient touch controls (pause, back and forth, assistant, background sound, volume plus and minus) - Hold a charge for a long time - Comfortable and snug fit in the ears, suitable for running - Look good in the ears, do not catch the eye, do not stick out much
Cons
  • - The application recognized the headphones only the third time (you need to put them in pairing mode, despite the fact that the headphones are already paired and playing) - Glitchy, tedious and long process of ating the firmware (reinstalling the application and rebooting the phone helped) - Silicone earbuds boom on the go, a rustle is heard in the ears from touching the cap (treated by replacing it with foam) - In the wind and when cycling fast, there is a rustle in the ears (it is treated with a hat or helmet that covers the ears) - The headphone microphone is quieter and without bass compared to the phone microphone (but you can still talk through headphones on the street)
