My dog has been eating blue buffalo since I brought him home. I have noticed that over the last year she has become very itchy. I decided to switch her diet to Blue Buffalo Basics to see if she developed a food allergy. Of course I switched to basics and the itching/scratching stopped overnight! I've spoken to vets (3) and they said many of their patients have the same problem with blue. Your coat is so beautiful. Everyone keeps stopping us for the shine and silkiness of their fur, so it obviously works. Also, I only feed her dry food with the occasional chunk of chicken because she is brooding. She is a hybrid. She is a Yorkie and with *** too. Her fur is blonde now that she is older. The vet said these breeds suffer from many dental problems, but my dog has perfect teeth and absolutely no tartar. That's why I'm staying with Blue Buffalo until she develops a food allergy to those as well.
