I was really looking forward to this but was disappointed when I opened the box. I don't think they are genuine or even Libbey branded. My first clue? They came in a regular box and when I opened them the jars were wrapped in newspaper and tape. Em. so they were used? I'm confused. Where is the original packaging? bubble wrap? In addition, they were very thin and thin, it seemed to me that if I took the glass with the slightest effort, it would break. In addition, the glass is not transparent, it is cloudy and slightly yellowish. I have other Libbey glassware so I am familiar with their packaging and quality. These just didn't last. And the last where these glasses do not indicate the manufacturer or the place where they are made. It's usually below. In my opinion they appear to have been bought from a dollar store (which would be fine if they weren't $5 each) and are being sold as a reputable brand product. Buyer Warning.
