Some products seem so natural and obvious that you wonder why I didn't think of them when you saw them; Like adding wheels to your luggage instead of lugging around a ton of weight in a busy airport. Of course, freezing is the recommended tip for most sprains and muscle injuries to reduce inflammation. I've always kept various gel packs stationary or attempted to awkwardly secure them with a flexible bandage. You simply unscrew the top and part of the ice pack can be squeezed out of the elastic band surrounding it. Put ice in the bag, put it back in the package and tighten the tank cap. The two pieces are securely connected with thin threads and a silicone seal that prevents leakage when the ice cubes melt. This bandage has 2 ice packs to hit both sides of the ankle. The wrap is held in place with standard Velcro. Comes in a sturdy box with a sleeve that fits over it to protect contents when not in use. As I get older, I regularly have to freeze my lower back, knee, elbow, or wrist because I'm exercising too aggressively or just because I'm tired at work. Packages have been developed for each of these areas. They take up storage space when not in use, but these wraps are just gorgeous. Highly recommended.
