I have golfer's elbow. Medial elbow pain so I use it when I'm lifting weights or playing golf. It definitely helps reduce stress on the tendon, but I've found that the velcro that holds the pad in place becomes loose so it needs to be adjusted from time to time. My second concern is that the strap is loose and runs freely through the top and bottom slots, which I understand allows the strap to be adjusted, but also allows the strap to move freely and makes it difficult to fasten. not move until the first velcro is placed on it. You should either have someone hold the other end or pull it on a bit and then put Velcro over it. Once you've secured the first, the second becomes a breeze. However, in general I use it and it works.
