The ease in which you can see what is going to happen next with your account, as well as being able to track orders that are currently out for processing or fulfillment. It would be nice if there were more reporting options; we have been limited by our vendor's choice not too much flexibility here. Also, it could use some upgrades! Currently using this software solely for tracking order status/fulfillment, but I am expecting they will add other functions soon (inventory control etc.). We've found a way easily keep up-to date records without having multiple spreadsheets and apps open at once - just one screen shows everything related to my client's account.
