As long as you have great people who can work collaboratively it works well but if something goes wrong sometimes there's no way of getting through because so many other users were involved along side that person when they did what caused problems for us! Sometimes we needed just one single user out due their fault (not everbrige) which made solving issues very hard indeed!! We're using snapcoms mainly now since most departments don't use e-mail anymore unless absolutely necessary like urgent emails etc., this gives them direct access too any important information without having wait until someone else gets around t o do things first before seeing anything new via E mail even though its usually pretty quick anyway once I've checked my Inbox!
