Works reasonably and has room to improve

As long as you have great people who can work collaboratively it works well but if something goes wrong sometimes there's no way of getting through because so many other users were involved along side that person when they did what caused problems for us! Sometimes we needed just one single user out due their fault (not everbrige) which made solving issues very hard indeed!! We're using snapcoms mainly now since most departments don't use e-mail anymore unless absolutely necessary like urgent…

SnapComms - Great tool but more intuitive

The dashboard makes it easy for any department member to monitor the status of a call center process or event. It can quickly identify problems before they happen by tracking the status of calls and events as they occur. There is too much information available. I wish there were fewer tabs so you could easily scan for what you need. I would like to be able to keep my information private if I choose. For example, my organization's customer service department handles many different topics…
