I like that they are willing to go above an beyond for clients - very helpful in providing advice when we were unsure about what steps or areas needed more attention (like security). They seemed pretty responsive as well! No dislikes at this time though since there isn't much room left before our implementation date comes around later next year :) If you're looking into DataTrends it's worth checking out their website because all three services combined offer so many benefits over traditional tools/companies such RMS / APS etc., but if any one service stood alone by itself would be great too! Security management & Governance reporting with ease across multiple platforms including mobile devices via Web App + API integration.
