The best thing about nivido is its ease off using automation. It is user friendly and fast loading and it performs well when connected to a web page or local servers. As I have said above all other things as I am facing issues in transferring emails from hotmail to gmail while using Gmail as the inbox. But this has nothing to do woth email transfer issue we are solving in terms of time. This tool just like an easy solution and works for me so there's no problem which i face currently. In my office our entire department uses gmails but we don't know why emails get sent directly on a particular thread rather than going into that person's email folder. We were not able send mails to them but now it solved easily with email address management option offered by nvidia! I love that it is very easy to use but also has many features which makes automation easier than ever before! It comes in three flavours (SaaS/On Premise) depending if you want hosted or self managed solution. The support from nivdusoft was amazing as well! Nothing really at this time though there could have been some improvements especially regarding customizations when needed. We were looking into automating our process around customer requests management so we had all data available.
