Review on Talent Function by Nick Brunner

We have been using Talent Function for over 8 years. The service has been consistently on point. The support is outstanding and the team is extremely responsive. The ability to scale the platform is a game changer. We use Talent Function for all of our recruiting needs. We have a number of different tools including the Recruiter, the Applicant Tracking System, and the Applicant Self Service portal. The ability to be able to pull data from all these different tools in one place is really wonderful. It used to be difficult to find data in one place. Now, it is a breeze. My only dislike is that I would like to see a little more competition in the market. The service is really great but I feel that there are a few other competitors out there who are doing a great job.
