Oooh, I want to love this product. never mind It serves its purpose. I like that I can walk with my hands free. What I don't like is the thick plastic case which doesn't allow my phone to breathe and heats up. I also can't use the touchscreen on my Google Pixel 4, so changing songs on Spotify or taking calls is pretty much impossible. I literally want to cut the thick vinyl off the phone screen and try this. As cheap as it is, what do I really have to lose? If you want to love, you don't have to hate. I'm at a dead end. On the other hand by sending it back, because after further checking it turned out that the seller company was a liar. I do not agree with the "American company" selling Chinese-made materials under false pretenses.
