is a good base toner that costs less than $10, but I think I prefer Korean beauty brands because of the similar price and better quality. It contains vitamin C and lactic acid that help even out skin tone. So if you are sensitive to these ingredients, you should avoid them. I think this is best for normal to combination skin that needs help to even out your skin tone and get rid of minor redness. I like it enough to use up the rest, but I won't be doing it again. Recommend for those on a tight budget or young people.
