This is ridiculous - I just paid $650 for the install and now that my truck has been with them for 2 days - the video out has been found not to work - so I'll either buy another one for sure Fall pay the same - or buy another company - to have the car rewired and reinstalled - and when I get the same I already have it = who says it won't break in a few months! Also I have to leave the car there for another 5 days to wait for the new one to arrive and they have increased the prices by $30 since I bought it and I have to pay for "1 day" shipping to have it it arrives by Tuesday (since today is Friday) and pay for it too! And there's no customer service unless you want to stay up late and call Japan direct. once again super super crappy lesson on how cheap stuff just isn't worth the hassle. after all you pay double for it and could have had something nicer and your car came back 5 days earlier!
