I wouldn't pay much attention to the age guidelines they show for sizing, but I'll take a look at the sizing chart. My daughter is small for her age, 8 years old, 3ft 10 inches, 47 pounds, and a size 8-9 fits her. If I had followed their age recommendation for size, a 12-14 year old would have swallowed them. All babies are different shapes and sizes, so I recommend looking at the sizes instead. We bought a bright red hoodie and black pants. She likes it very much. I've washed the set twice and hung it to dry and it hasn't shrunk or faded and it's still holding up well.
