Review on iFollow Alerts by Dawson Schmidt

I like how simple it is to use and navigate through the platform. It’s easy for my team to access and utilize as well. I don't have any dislikes at this time. If I had to go back over all of our previous alerts, there would be quite a few things we'd change, but nothing in particular stands out. We are looking forward to continuing with iFollow! We are able to identify issues and trends quicker than before, which makes our jobs easier. We've realized that if something isn't addressed quickly, then it could become an issue later down the road. With iFollow, we're able to address these issues sooner rather than later.
