I like how easy it was for us, as sales people in our organization (and we have many),to get up & running quickly with this solution! We had no previous experience using any load management software so there were some learning curve issues but those problems are being addressed now via updates released since launch date - great support from SAP! Our biggest challenge has been getting customers/users engaged wth their energy use data which they need help interpreting / understanding etc., This helps them understand where opportunities lie iwad not just managing existing demand or reducing peak loads eithout impacting customer services too much eg working during off hours only if needed rather than all day everyday.
