Review on Fluval Motor Seal Ring Gasket by Angela Banks
Still leaks best in filter accessories
I've changed the o-ring 3 times on my 6 series and without tons of silicone grease it STILL leaks. I had to go to Fluval to have it replaced under the 3 year warranty and if possible upgrade it to the 7 series if there is an improvement. Not sure if it's the o-ring, but replacing it certainly didn't help me much! Many other posts on this online and on YouTube.
