Fits me perfectly. in shorts
I'm 4ft 11" short and 99lbs. I bought the xsmall and the shorts fit my waist perfectly and the leg holes don't match "I pull myself up to show my buttocks. Also, the leg holes aren't so tight that I get a fat bulge under the leg hole. Love under armor.
