Review on Black Bose QuietComfort 35 II Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Alexa Voice Control and Noise-Cancelling Technology by Yoonki Baek ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

The product is faulty in some way, I definitely won't buy it again.

In terms of the sound itself, I can say that they are not impressive at all, they play cleanly, but quite restrained and empty - even Marshall Major II play more interesting, and an order of magnitude louder (IMHO). I decided to purchase this model because of the combination of the characteristics I needed. I would probably buy a Sony 1000XM3, but they do not have the ability to connect to two devices at the same time. Perhaps I would put up with these headphones, but after the ate, noise reduction works by 30 percent compared to the out-of-the-box level. I returned them to the store, took them for diagnostics, most likely they will roll them back to the previous firmware and return them back to me, supposedly everything was fine. It's a shame that Bose does not respond to this problem in any way and has not fixed anything in more than 6 months, although its official forum is littered with complaints (unfortunately I found out after the ate). This was my first and last purchase from this company.

Pros
  • Connecting to two devices Very comfortable and comfortable even for extended wear Noise canceling (before device ate) The headphone charge is displayed on the phone
Cons
  • After the ate, noise reduction deteriorated sharply, although before the ate it did not cause much enthusiasm. But I work in a very noisy environment. I ated them in a working environment, so I immediately noticed a serious deterioration. At home I rolled back the firmware (there is an instruction on reddit. Com) But after checking them at work, I did not notice any improvement.
