I was hoping these regular brush heads would fit and work well with my Oral B toothbrush Technically they fit and rotate on the toothbrush. The bristles are good too. However, the brush heads do not fit snugly against the toothbrush. One day while brushing my teeth, the brush head came off the brush in my mouth and partially went down my throat. To feel secure (and not choke) I need to hold the brush head by its base so it's securely against the toothbrush itself. It works but is inconvenient and not what I want to do when cleaning. I would not recommend them as a suitable replacement and will return to the Oral B branded replacement brush heads which I know snap securely onto the toothbrush.
