**Edit** Great customer service! I got a quick reply from David the manager and he emailed me quickly and called me back the next morning straight away. He apologized and explained that he came personally and checked all the products with the store manager to make sure the replacement products he would send me were correct. A few days later I received the replacement products which arrived in perfect condition and as described! He also added a few more products for me because of the problem. Third time charm! I'm giving four stars for the quick response and great customer service! :) PREVIOUS REVIEW: The product I received from Revain, as many others have said, is clear, odorless and looks like water. I contacted Brightwell Aquatics and the person on the phone was very accommodating and stated that he would send me another bottle immediately as well as a free bottle of another product that I would like to try due to the inconvenience. I thought it was very kind of them and decided to give NeoTiger KH+/GH+ a try. About a week later I received both products and they arrived with no leaks/damage. I was very hopeful and wanted to try them! HOWEVER, the products I received looked like they were BOTH fake. I opened the Shrimp Florin Multi and of course it was CLEAR again, no smell but this time it was...shiny? I have compared the two solutions I received (Amazon product on the right, replacement product on the left) in vials and they are definitely not the same, but still not what others think. Was the bottle of NeoTiger that I received as a promotional gift half empty? (I mean it was a giveaway but it looked like it was fake because the bottles didn't make it into the packaging). I have emailed the person I spoke to earlier about the issue and am waiting for their response. I was very excited to try them but I don't think I'll be buying them again after that. I am giving two stars because the Brightwell Aquatics operations manager was so nice and helpful.
