After a year of owning the thing the seams in the shoulder area started to tear. I was disappointed as the Targus backpack I bought from Staples over 10 years ago never fell apart. The Targus' side pockets didn't fit a water bottle, so I decided to invest in a different pack. The stitching came undone trying to carry it around. 6 frozen 16oz water bottles in a backpack for my students. I ended up having to get the water bottles out and carry them in my bag. Targus holds more. This is a great bag if you're short on money and need something for a year. However, long-term use is not recommended.
