Review on Auto Meter 8444 Factory Pyrometer by Larry Breeze

This gauge fits my 2004 Ford F250 Super Duty perfectly. The meter looks very good and the construction feels solid. The pressure gauge reads cleanly, the arrow does not buzz and does not jump. Comes with temperature sensor, plug adapters, wire harness, literally everything you need. The temporary wires and stainless steel braid were long enough for me (even from the A-pillar, through the firewall, through the engine bay and to the passenger-side exhaust manifold), but I had to lengthen the power and ground wires a bit. Very simple, didn't bother me, the brightness is about the same as the series dashboard. There is also a dimmer wire for dimming with a factory dial. Photos in my 2004 Ford F250 6.0 Powerstroke. Both day and night photos come out with full brightness, but the camera will never show you the real story "live".
