I used them as color gel
I needed some color gel to make my garden led lights red for my christmas decoration. These bags worked great because I could clip them onto small 12V LED spotlights, they survived a downpour and several windy days (with the help of rubber bands). I have used them with MR16 LED downlights. I wouldn't recommend using incandescent bulbs because they are hotter. As gift bags they would fit well (seemed strong) and the package had ribbons.
