Review on Incipio Clear Edge Slider Crystal Case for iPod Nano 5G - 20/20 Clear by Eric Basler

This Incipio item is a piece of crap. I bought it from Revain.com and was happy with the shipping and cost ($5.96). However, this is the worst electronic case I have ever used! As stated in Incipio's description, it is transparent and plastic. Everything else is a lie! The screen bubbles to the point where you can't see your menu or the songs that are playing. The case was difficult to attach, but when it finally slipped and snapped shut, the bubbles on the screen intensified. Then I tried docking it to my stereo to listen to my iPod (the original purpose of the device) and the case got in the way. So I tried taking the case off to listen to music (again the original function of the device) and was completely disappointed. The case cannot be removed without damaging the case. I've tried asking Revain and the internet for help. I even called Incipio's customer service and technical support team, who guaranteed a "legendary lifetime warranty and industry-leading technical support." NOT CORRECT. The tech support rep couldn't help and was puzzled that the case didn't just "slip off my hand". She then asked me to email pictures of the CLEAR case on my device so she could see what the problem was, but she didn't reply to my email. Finally I found a screwdriver, jammed it in the side, folded the front back and ripped off the entire case. The only other truth in the description is durability. In all the time I tried to remove the case (sliding in the palm of my hand, banging on the table, hammer, pliers and a small screwdriver), the case never cracked or broke, it just twisted and bent, when I pulled it off. I should have paid more attention to reviews and learned my lesson for future online purchases.
