Great Customer Service for both Agents/customers

I like that they are always looking to improve their product, which makes them stand out from other providers in my opinion! They have some really cool features such as an AI bot assistant called "Mandy" - she's pretty great at helping me get through automated questions or when someone isn't able (or willing)to answer something right away!! Sometimes it can be hard if you're not familiar with your system but Mandy helps tremendously by asking follow up Qs about things we've already discussed together :) And yes there IS training available so don;t worry too much. The only thing i dislike sometimes has been customer service issues- especially during peak times where people seem overwhelmed trying keep track of all chats going back & forth between agents etc.. But this seems more due lackadaisical management than anything else though since our team works very well wth eachother overall.

  • There is ALWAYS one way for chat
  • You talk directly t customers instead having 2nd agent ask 3rd party what was said previously
  • It also automatically sends notifications via email/phone call

  • There are troubles
