Dual burners do not regulate temperature properly
Both dual burners do not regulate temperature properly. When large burners are in dual mode, they get very hot. I sent back the one that wasn't regulated at all. His replacement arrived broken and was replaced again. The third controlled the lower temperature ranges somewhat, but still got very hot. There is no cook or warm mode. I have yet to call the company to see if the unit can be reprogrammed in the field.
