Socks are great but as said not all are all black. Most pairs have color on their feet and on top. So if you are specifically looking for solid color black socks, this product is not for you. The toes look big. My son wears shoe size 12-13 and the middle ones (shoe size 9.5-2) are a bit large. They will work, but there is certainly room for improvement. Although I haven't washed them yet, that might change. As mentioned, the calf area is pretty tight and doesn't give (and my boy is quite skinny) so I'm hoping they will stretch a bit after a few wears, but again they seem to work. The bottom of the sock feels thick enough and good quality like it will last a long time. The list is somewhat misleading.
