Review on PayGo POS by Darrin Lucas

The customer service was excellent. They were friendly to us and our business needs. The software itself was easy to use and navigate through. Not much to dislike about this product but I would like more options in regards to how the system can be used. Make sure you read everything about your contract before signing it. There are many things that can change from what is written in the contract. Do not hesitate to call paygo if you have any questions about your contract. They will work with you throughout the process to make sure everything is written correctly and you are happy with what they offer. We have seen an increase in revenue since we started using PayGo. I like that it has an easy to use interface, as well as being able to customize things if you need too. The software can be slow at times and sometimes will not allow me to make changes when needed (i.e. adding products/customers). But overall i do think this program works great! We are using it to track all of our store's transactions. This allows us to see exactly how much we spend in each category so we know where money needs to go next.
