Kill my goldfish slowly

Kill my goldfish slowly. At first everything worked fine. I started with a small bottle. I was so happy because he cleaned my fish tank. I watched my 2 fantails and 2 orands, they were fine. Still active and no signs of stress. I even used it during a water change, it made the water crystal clear so I was very happy with it. I bought 2 more small bottles, gave one to a colleague. I told her it worked wonders for my tank. She had 4 6 year old goldfish. The day after my colleague used the bottle I gave her, all of her goldfish died. I was really sad about what happened to my colleague's goldfish so I sent back the second bottle I bought, thinking it might just be a bad batch. Since I'm very stubborn and thought it worked fine for a while, I'll try again. I even bought 250 ml. Used a new bottle, next day all my goldfish were dead. When I drained and cleaned my tank I noticed there was a thin red spot in my filter. I didn't really notice it before because my filter was black and I usually change cartridges most of the time. I flushed the hose that sucks in water and pumps it regularly. The red film was on the walls of the main tank where the water is kept. It was very difficult to get rid of. I tried soaking it in a water and vinegar solution for a few hours but it was still hard to get rid of. I still had something left in the tight corners. Beware of the product. I don't know if prolonged use of this product has resulted in the death of my 2 year old goldfish. It's the only thing I've used differently in my aquarium in the last 2 years, hence my conclusion.
