I have short, sparse, thick, straight lashes. The length looks very natural (tested by friend and approved). Even though they didn't have knots, I could still see where I placed the clusters on the lash line (like little black dots on the lash line). So if you want it to be discreet, you probably have to squint your eyes first. I would buy them again.
