Okay, the first part of it kindof sucks. You have to soak your feet in warm water 20 mins. Dry them, then add the booties (put socks on over these so you don’t slip and break your neck!). These sit right above the belly button. Make sure you look at the measurements cause I didnt actually get my size based off what I wear in jeans. I went by the measurements, and these fit perfect. I usually wear a size 4 in jeans, but I got a size 6 in these. They dont squeeze my waist or make me feel uncomfortable while sitting at work.
