Yes, they work exactly as shown in some of the YouTube videos I've seen ZucchiniKitty : ) For the price, including of the kit, I thought I'd try them out. I've only recently received them, but so far they're exactly what I expected. The handles are all wood with velcro covered ends and small round foams are attached to the opposite velcro. They hold securely but are easy to remove and wash. So far they're great for the price of the kit, I'm glad I bought them and can't wait to experiment with them!
