Don't get the pleather, get the solid wood ones.
Disclaimer: I bought used, please keep that in mind for the pictures.I picked up two, and will probably get more of the wooden ones, but not the pleather ones.
As you can see, it looks like even if I didn't get used, it would peel badly with time.
- Surface is till too rough.
- The stand may not be able to hold heavier headsets securely
