I love the look. i like the size My cat is 13 pounds and has plenty of space. I like that it opens both ways and from the top. What I don't like are the zippers. When you need to put a frightened cat in a carrier, you need to act fast. Otherwise they can leave you. Lightning is meant to be alienated in this way. So I have to zip up both side openings and put my cat in the top of the carrier. In any case, this is probably the best way, but once it was zipped up, it was quite difficult. I recommend the operator for such a price. All I know is that I have to be on my feet when using it. If you have a calm cat (and who is that? LOL), everything will work out.
