I bought this "portable air conditioner" to try and sleep a little cooler at night, but it didn't. I followed the directions, poured in super cold water, ran it on high fan and let it cool for 5 minutes and no hot air came out. I tried a few more times after giving up and asking for a refund but even that was a problem for the company. At first they charged me a shipping fee to send me a product that I was a big contributor to and it's a top item, but since I live in Dillingham, Alaska I thought they shipped it to remote areas should, I think they should send it specially. They send me a UPS label to send it back for free just in case of a problem, Dillingham doesn't have UPS so I contact them to let them know and they told me to use the label provided. In the end, Amazon helped me and even paid for the shipping costs.
